The belly boat, It floats!

OK, so everyone who has ever been to Tahoe falls in love for a thousand reasons... and here's another one! Buoyancy! (oh and the soap pic... Brians idea =]) I haven't seen my mom so comfortable in forever! For the first time in months she was able to lay on her belly! =] It was quite epic! Oh my gosh!!! My mom has a swimsuit =] It's just a long tanktop and shorts, but it's oh so very cute!Well I got to go =] Next blog willl be about the shower! Ok bye and much love!

We regestered at Babys R' Us last week =] It was so fun! Lots of stuff to choose from! My gosh!!!

Kendras Update

With only about 2 months left until the baby's "homecoming" it can only mean one thing... Baby Shower! =] The most amazing ladies at my moms office are throwing her one on the 26th! And since we don't know what the gender of the baby is yet, its a basics shower... the theme... A LUAU BBQ! Have you ever been to a Luau baby shower before? =] Also, can someone please tell my mom that she can wear a swimsuit this summer?!?! She won't listen to me =[ This summer is supposed to get pretty hot, so Brian and I were thinking of installing a swampcooler so my lovley mother does not melt =]Later this week, we're registering for baby stuff =] Y-A-Y Okay, gotta go! Sometimes words just aren't enough... Just under three months to go; I can't wait.

Kendra's Post =]

I only have ten minutes so I have to type really fast =] My mom is doing fantastic! And the baby is growing fast and is very healthy. I wonder what color hair it will have... I'm kinda hoping red, but either way would be great. My mom has found the absolute cutest maternity clothing which is pretty amazing considering almost every store is either understocked or overpriced. =] I don't think my mom has any odd cravings, well except for yucky edamame but she's always liked that unfortunately =[ Also, I think she finally got over her phobia of chocolate which is fantastic because its supposed to be "relaxing" and whatnot =] The baby's room is coming along slowly but surely, we've finally decided on a color (cream yellow)and also moved in the comfy reclining chair for my mom so she can sleep! Jeesh, I don't know how she can go to work everyday on only a few hours of sleep! But thats just another example of how awesome she is =] Well my ten minutes are up. <3 Post again soon

Feel'n better

Kim's starting to feel better at last. A little bit of nausea in the AM but I haven't seen or heard any sprints to the rest room in awhile.YEA. Morning sickness was definitely a misnomer, 24/7 sickness is probably more accurate.

Baby got rhythm

Dr's appointment today: Our baby got rhythm...a nice 144bpm. We listened to the baby's heartbeat today, it sounded a lot like an Gemini moon mission. I don't think the Doctor fully appreciated my "Houston this is Gemini, over" comment. Kim's STOPPPPP was a great encourager too.
